• Columbia SHARP training – Skills for Health and Research Professionals; short bootcamps, many of which are general to researchers of any field
• Free access to MIT course materials
• Grant-Writing Blog/Tips - Grants.gov provides trainings and blog posts with information regarding grants
• Financial Advisement - Nusenda Credit Union, Banzai, and UNM Health Sciences Center have teamed up to provide a wealth of tools for understanding and managing finances (open to UNM postdocs from all campuses)
• Flamingo job search and application support tool, provided in partnership with the National Postdoc Association (see below for instructions on joining under UNM's institutional membership). Flamingo also provides crash courses in communication, project management, and interview skills. 
• National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity - utilize UNM's membership for access to resources including trainings and writing groups

UNM has purchased an institutional membership to the National Postdoc Association which provides all UNM postdocs access to their many wonderful resources, including workshops, career development tools, and job postings.

Register for your free membership as part of UNM's Sustaining NPA institution status:
